Liv started kindergarten!!! and then had the nerve to turn 6!

So I thought my camera cord was lost until Wayne found it in the drawer that I swear I looked in at least 3 times....I digress

My not so little girlie started kindergarten and is loving every minute of it! Except she wishes she could stay all day. She is super smart and helpful and always very patient with others in class, which is what her teacher said in parent teacher conference( if you ever want to feel old say to someone out loud you have to go to a P.T.C. Yikes!)
*a bragging side note-Liv reads at about a second grade reading level. I can brag because it's nothing I did. She had a great pre-school teacher and is ridiculously smart like her dad
We walk or bike to school every day and at recess almost every day she runs "pacers" which is laps around the field. She says she has done 52 since the school year started.



If you know Liv you know she is obsessed with halloween. She talks about it all year, she draws scary pictures all year and already has her costume for next year planned. So it was deemed appropriate to have a dress-up halloween party. We had spooky food and treats and decorated halloween cookies. The girls all had a blast and left on a sugar high which means the party was a success. I love the picture of her opening a present from Ella. Her face is hilarious. And in case you are wondering it was a holiday barbie she was opening. Hence the look of sheer surprise and joy.
