GAVIN IS POTTY TRAINED!!!!

So all summer long Gavin has LOVED "going" in the potty. He did it all the time, no problem. I wasn't ready to put him in underwear though. Then about a month ago he started throwing fits and wouldn't do it anymore. I panicked because I thought, " oh no, now he's gonna revert and freak out every time we try to take him!" so one morning I just decided to head to the store and let him pick out underwear. he had a couple accidents the first 3 or 4 days. But by the end of the week there were no more accidents and I was noticing that he was totally dry in the mornings and after naps, so I let him wear his big boy undies to bed and he has done awesome! He is pretty much accident free and tells us every time he needs to go! This kid is a CHAMP!!!!! I still can't believe it. NO DIAPERS!!!

So here he is sleeping with undies on his bum and undies on his head.

Today I found him anxiously waiting for his buzz undies to get washed. They are his favorite, but he does settle for spiderman.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Wayne and I started out the day by going to a B.S.U. game and it was so much fun. Boise killed San Jose, it was a great way to start out the day!
Liv and Gavin had been counting down the days until Halloween, and Gavin wore his costume for about 3 days leading up to the big event. Liv tried to show Gavin the ways of trick or treating but Gavin was heart broken at the first door when after he got his candy he wasn't invited in. Seriously, big alligator tears. By the 3rd or 4th house he realized he wasn't getting in and just had to move on. They had so much fun and the weather was perfect. The kids especially loved the full moon.

ADVICE!!!!

Liv just turned 4 about 2 weeks ago, so she still has 2 years before kindergarden. Should I have started her in pre-school this year? Can I still? Should I wait?
She knows all her colors and can count to 100. She writes her name and Gavins. She knows how to write all the letters and can identify about 75% of them. She also knows what sounds they make.
So, what do I do? Help!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIV!!!

I cannot believe Liv is 4! It seems like yesterday she was a little baby with duck hair sticking up all over. The Tinker Bell idea was a big hit. I made these tutus for all the girls and found the wings at the dollar store. When the girls got there they drew to see which fairy they would be. My BFF Mich made some adorable bows for all the girls and they loved them. Thanks Mich! My mom did the cake and I did the cupcakes. It all turned out so well and the girls also had so much fun. We are also now the owners of a pet! My sis and bro-in law got Liv a fish. Bubbles the beta fish, and he couldn't be cuter.
We love Liv and are so glad she is a part of our family.

MEET LUCY!!!

This is my new super cutie patootie niece Lucy. My sister just younger that me had her first baby and we can't get enough. My kids especially can't get enough. Liv always wants to hold her and Gavin always wants her to sit next to him in the rocking chair so they can rock together.

Teaching Heidi the ways of the "skinny face" - we'll have to work on it;)

I DEDICATE THIS POST TO JOSH-teacher of the mac

"If mac were a religion, I would be a missionary" -josh campbell

Josh is one of my greatest friends and he "sold" us on the mac and life as we knew it will never be the same. So now we have a computer the size of our T.V. and we love it! Once you go mac, you never go back!
Josh has spent a lot of time teaching us the ways of the mac and we thank him for it!
YOU ARE THE BEST JOSH!!!!!

A fun photo shoot on Sunday while the boys were napping
And yes, I chopped Liv's hair, this is after 2 months of growth. She made me do it. I was hyperventrilicating(goonies) the whole time, but I love it and she loves it even more. I will have to find pictures from right after we cut it.
