GAVIN IS POTTY TRAINED!!!!

So all summer long Gavin has LOVED "going" in the potty. He did it all the time, no problem. I wasn't ready to put him in underwear though. Then about a month ago he started throwing fits and wouldn't do it anymore. I panicked because I thought, " oh no, now he's gonna revert and freak out every time we try to take him!" so one morning I just decided to head to the store and let him pick out underwear. he had a couple accidents the first 3 or 4 days. But by the end of the week there were no more accidents and I was noticing that he was totally dry in the mornings and after naps, so I let him wear his big boy undies to bed and he has done awesome! He is pretty much accident free and tells us every time he needs to go! This kid is a CHAMP!!!!! I still can't believe it. NO DIAPERS!!!

So here he is sleeping with undies on his bum and undies on his head.

Today I found him anxiously waiting for his buzz undies to get washed. They are his favorite, but he does settle for spiderman.

No Fair! Can I bring Claire over for you to train too. I think it is one of the worst things about being a parent. I just hate it. Good job to you for doing it. Gav is so cute with his undies on his head.

I am so jealous!! I'll be sure to send Cooper your way when he is older since training Fisher did me in.

Sweet job Gavin!!! We got Kira one of those little potties to go on the potty like you have. (Remember the one I actually used!)You know what Kira does with it. Puts it on her head and says hat. Yep, that's how close she is to being potty trained!
