"I GOT HUGER AND NOW I'M 3!!!"

On thursday Liv woke up to balloons all over her floor and she was so excited. Gavin also had a blast chasing them around all day. She got to pick what she wanted for breakfast and I let her eat while watching a movie. Then the torture began. She had to wait all day for Wayne to get home from school so she could open her presents. That night she opened everything from us and my parents and syblings. She had a ridiculous amount, she was in heaven. I guess that's what happens when you are the only grandaughter on one side. Since Liv's birthday was mid-week and Wayne had an intramural football game the same night(and BYU played that night but we won't go there) we decided to throw Liv a party on Sat. with cake and ice cream and a few of her best friends. I've been planning on making this Princess castle cake for weeks, and I think it turned out pretty good, a little lopsided but she didn't care. She was so excited when it was all done. She kept coming into the kitchen to check on it and I think she was a little worried. Then she didn't come in for awhile and that was when I happened to be putting everything together, so when she came back in she yelled, "a princess castle cake!" YES! the perfect reaction. All in all it was a great birthday week. I can't believe she's 3! She is such a good little girl and we love her so much. Although if se heard me call her a little girl she would say ,"no mom, I got bigger and bigger and big!"
