Dr. Mortensen
So I thought I'd blog about Wayne's internship,which has been awesome. The dentist that he is working with is fabulous. He has his own practice so it is just him, Wayne, a hygenist, 2 assistants and a front desk lady. Wayne works there as if he were a doctor. The Dr. said, "You don't need to ask my permission for things, if you are comfortable, I'm comfortable." Wayne as pulled teeth, filled cavaties, done root canals and everything else imaginable. He see's his own patients and as loved having assistants(as opposed to working at school where he does everything by himself) I think it will be hard for him to get back into the clinic at school. It's also nice because he does things in half the time because he doesn't have to get everything checked by a doctor. Graduation couldn't come fast enough! We miss all our friends in Ky(except the Courtrights because we are hanging out with them here!)but are having a blast in Idaho.

What a great internship experience. Wayne's last year of schooling is going to mean so much more after a great experience like this.

I couldn't agree more! Tyson feels exactly the same way...HE LOVED HIS AHEC/Internship time and was so sad to have to go back to school. Can't wait till you guys come back! HURRY HOME! :)
Nick and I are looking so shaggy! We miss our favorite hair stylist. It sounds like you're having tons of fun though. We can't wait to see you.
so just thought i'd let you know that since the day you came over with your kids Kate's been potty trained because she wanted to wear "big girl underwear" like Livi. She only had 3 accidents the first couple of days and has been good ever since - including nighttime. crazy, huh?
Thanks for triggering the memories. How about sledding behind the van, rolling down the hill by G&G's house, playing with Miss Piggy in G&G storage room, ridin' in your cool little car, making "muffins" and "cookies" in your basement with who knows what, playing that circus game on your nintendo,going roller blading and finding all of those walkmans, flipping off the tube on the river over the waterfall, and us both hitting rocks- me my back, and you on your hip, and don't forget the blue squeeze it incident at your birthday party. UGH! Those are only a few.... Good times. And by the way you are in trouble for not stopping by while you were here---but I guess I'll forgive ya. :-) Hope you're having fun.
