THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!
Basically it is a 3yr course that ideally you start when you are 4. (There are kids all the way up to 7 or 8 though) The idea is that you take these classes and at the end of the 3 years you start piano, but you are way beyond the average beginner piano player.
They are group lessons once a week for 45 minutes. They sing and dance and have a great time. By the end of the 3rd year the kids will know the basics of transposing and composing music. NO JOKE! I am already amazed at what Liv has learned so far. These kids learn stuff that highschool and college kids are learning. Liv already know her solfeg(sp) Do Re Mi etc. with the hand signs. She is now in the blue bugs class and has started learning about notes. They learn them as bugs.
bug-quarter
beatle-eighth
caterpillar-sixteenth
slug-whole
etc.
Then somewhere down the line they will learn them by their real names.
I can't say enough about these classes. I have never seen anything like them. I wanted to start Liv in piano when she turned 5 but it is so hard for their little fingers to play on a big piano, but their brains are like sponges at this age and they are able to learn so fast I knew that was the time to start her but didn't know how it would go with piano lessons. THIS was my answer! Her teacher started as a piano major and finished with a degree in vocal performance and she said this is the missing link. I totally agree. If I were more motivated and not expecting I would start teaching. Maybe a few years down the line. Anyway, check out the website,

p.s. Mel and Kim, you would be FANTASTIC teachers. Look into it!!!
