THIS is probably the best version of O Holy Night I have ever heard. It's been a few years since I've seen this video and I was sitting here watching it with tears in my eyes. Davd Phelps is phenomenal! Seriously, take time to watch this. The piano player is also amazing. (I can't remember his name) I would give my left arm, and maybe even my first born to sing backup for this guy! Picture me sitting at my computor.....both kids are asleep and I have it blasting. I'm mouthing the words, (for fear of waking up said children) both hands up in the air eyes closed, imagining myself there, singing with all the other old gospel singers. Then Wayne tells me to turn it down. Blast, moment ruined. Anyway, check it out. I promise you won't be let down.

WOW!! I seriously have goose bumps from listening to that rendition. Oh, can't forget the tears. I'm with you, I want to be in the choir. I loved the hands in the air, very gospel. I'm glad Christmas is here!!!
I just listened to him on the GMC (gospel music channel) and he sang oh holy night. I fell in love with the song all over again and thought, I have got to sing it like him. If you have cable/dtv/dishnet watch the GMC, they have really great christmas stuff on.
Yah, Ive totally slacked on posting anything about Jackson. I finally did it tonight and will totally do much more in the next couple of days.
Im glad to see Chicago was so much fun for you guys. Ive never been but have always wanted to go.
oh and Sher, do you want to drive with me next Christmas to the tryouts as one of his backup singers? We can totally make it. We'll bring Rachael too. Praise the Lord baby! Amen.
